Shannon contacted me for a family portrait session on the beach in San Diego. Her parents are almost 80 and she really wanted to make the photoshoot memorable for them. The kids absolutely adore the grandparents because they’ve been such an instrumental part of their upbringing. They’ve never had family portraits together on the beach before, can you believe that? Well, they came to the right place! I realize most people don’t know what to expect when they show up for a portrait session, they think it’s about standing and sitting still and smiling at the camera the whole time. Well not on my watch! When you show up to an Elle G Photography session, not caring whether your clothes get dirty or if you end up soaking wet…magic will happen…like it did for the McClaughry family.
