This family had a special occasion to celebrate. Their oldest son was recently married and they wanted to have a family portraits with their latest addition…their new daughter in law! How sweet is that?

I met the family at Windansea beach in La Jolla, the perfect location for their family photo session. They were all in town for the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert so I knew they were fun before even meeting them.

They were looking for candid family photos on the beach, and they loved my style. I used a mix of casual and posed shots to capture the family’s personalities and their connection to each other. The family was playful and relaxed throughout the session, and the beach provided the most STUNNING backdrop for the photos. The mom even asked for some splash photos (water splashing up on the rocks) and thankfully I was able to deliver.

The family was thrilled with the results of their beach photo session, delighting in the memories captured and decided to make wall art out of the photos, to enjoy for years to come. It was a pleasure to work with such a fun and loving family.
