So, every three to five years I get a little restless. I am the type of person who has followed my passion from a very early age and I always needed a goal to strive for, an accomplishment to look forward to. It all started with dreaming of palm trees. Growing up in Pennsylvania, it was an odd dream since there isn’t a palm tree for thousands of miles but that really didn’t stop me. That led into a love of the water and swimming. Then that led to a 13 year career swimming and working with marine mammals. After I had fulfilled that dream, I stumbled on photography and haven’t been the same since. It gives you a whole new way of viewing the world. It gives me a new appreciation for nearly everything I lay my eyes on…
Now everything seems to have come full circle as I immerse myself in a new passion of underwater photography. It has been on my wish list for several years but I wasn’t to able buy an underwater housing until now. Now is when the new fun begins. Now I am being fueled by a new passion and I am hoping you will all join me in making those dreams come true. My friends Becky and Jesse agreed to help with my very first underwater couples portrait session. They even braved the frigid waters all in the name of art and friendship. I am eternally grateful.
