Low tide goodness. Thats what I call it. Most people wouldn’t think that the ocean tide would matter for your family portraits on the beach but I can guarantee it matters! Low tide produces glassy sand that makes beautiful reflections. Low tide uncovers a whole new world to be discovered. Low tide makes sure that we are safe no matter what beach we go to. For this family beach session, we went to Scripps Pier in La Jolla. Half of this photoshoot wouldn’t even have been possible at high tide because it would have been completely submerged.
