If you’re looking for San Diego beach photographers who will capture you in full wedding-day glow—but without the chaos of an actual wedding day—hi, it’s me! I don’t photograph weddings anymore (been there, done that, got the stress-induced gray hairs), but I will absolutely document your post-married magic in a chill, one-hour beach session, like I did for Kelsie and Ryan!

These two lovebirds tied the knot, had their reception, and then—because they have excellent taste—booked a beach session with me right before hopping on a plane to St. Martin for their honeymoon. Talk about squeezing every last drop out of the best day ever!!

We met up in La Jolla, where the cliffs are dramatic, the waves do their thing, and—because it was low tide—the green moss was showing off in full force. Seriously, it was like nature itself decided to roll out the VIP carpet for these two.

Kelsie floated around in her wedding dress like an actual goddess, while Ryan looked like the man who just won the jackpot (because he did). We hit the shores, climbed up the cliffs, and basically made their last hour in San Diego look like a luxury editorial spread. It was a perfect sendoff before they jetted off to the Caribbean.
