Daniel planned a sweet proposal in La Jolla at one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet. Heather had no idea what was in store so in perfect girl fashion, it took her quite a while to get ready. Daniel waited and waited for her to arrive with a friend of hers for a little “Instagram beach photoshoot”. The two girlfriends planned to take some portraits of each other so Heather didn’t realize the urgent need to be on time. I felt so bad for Daniel because, of course, he was nervous about the surprise. Finally Heather made her way to the beach where Daniel was waiting to bend on one knee. Luckily, she said yes so we walked around for some engagement photos on the sand. Things don’t always go as planned but what matters are the memories made that day.
