But before the big “I do” in the desert, they wanted to slow down, breathe in some ocean air, and take a moment for just the two of them (and their pups!) with beach engagement photos in La Jolla.

We picked Windansea Beach, because honestly? It’s basically showing off 24/7. That dramatic shoreline, golden light, and the kind of wave action that makes every photo look like a movie still. For La Jolla beach engagement photos, Windansea always brings the mood.

Not only did Amy and Aaron show up looking like they just stepped out of a catalog for “effortlessly in love couples,” but they brought along their two fur babies—and YES, dogs are always welcome at my shoots.
