The gangs all here! If you are in town visiting family and would like candid photos, unlike anyone else….look no further. I do my absolute best to bring out your real personalities, laughter and smiles. The Spencer family was looking for San Diego photographers to take photos of their large family so I took them to La Jolla, one of my favorite places on earth. This is what ensued….

“I’m not very graceful underwater she said”.

That seems to be the theme for most of my underwater clients. They come into the session not really knowing if its something that they can do. Well, I am here to tell you that you CAN do it, that you are far more graceful than you give yourself credit. I am positive you are going to come out of the session very happy with your photos, just like Julie was.

You’ve got this girl….and you are beautiful!

Underwater maternity photos are available year round. Contact me at 858.344.1068 for more info.

Shelley and her husband were having a small ceremony earlier in the day and decided to have family photos on the beach afterwards. Although I don’t photograph weddings anymore, I do photograph happy people on the beach whether JUST married, engaged or otherwise. We headed to Windansea beach to frolic in the sand.

A new order of wholesale USB drives came in recently and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the way they turned out. ALL of my clients receive their images via digital download through their complimentary online gallery but if you are an underwater client, you will be receiving one of these beauties in the mail as well! As always, it is super important to back up all of your digital images once you receive them from me. Heck, make 2 or 3 copies just to be on the safe side! I will also keep your images on file for 1 year but after that, it’s up to you! Do yourself a favor and back ’em up! I can’t stress this enough.

Okay now you’ve backed them up. Now what? Print them, my friend! Your portraits really come to life when they are printed and displayed in your home or shared with family and friends. In this digital age, this is the step that is missed the most but definitely the most important.

Partly cloudy happens to be my favorite weather conditions for taking family portraits on the beach. This day happened to be one of those that perfectly lends itself to documenting family love.
