This was a San Diego destination wedding.
Scott and Julia, along with almost the entire guest list, traveled from New Jersey… and far and wide.
The couple hadn’t met us, in person, until the day of the wedding but we couldn’t have been a more perfect fit!
They love to travel, have fun and laugh a lot!

I LOVED that the Grande Colonial provided a London Cab to transport the VIP couple! Super cute and what service!

The Little Hotel by the Sea is only little by name. This is the Grand Colonial’s beautiful sister hotel next door and where Julia got ready. The LIGHT in the room was to die for…and so were Julia’s shoes!!!
Scott and Julia had a “first look” on the lawn at the Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla.
For those of you who don’t know, a First Look is when the bride and groom share a special moment, in private, before the ceremony.
We also photographed family, wedding party and bride/groom portraits before the wedding ceremony…which I highly recommend!
The Little Hotel By the Sea also has a beautiful Spanish courtyard, where the couple decided to tie the knot.
It was the perfect spot for an outdoor wedding close to the ocean.
Scott, his sisters and their friends are all musically inclined and used to be in bands during college. Scott’s sisters sang and played guitar at the wedding ceremony. Later, at the reception, Scott serenaded to Julia and kept the crowd jumpin’.
Cynthia Zatkin, of CZ Events, and her crew coordinated a perfectly timed wedding and introduced us to the fun couple!
Scott and Julia are enjoying their honeymoon in Bora Bora…l am so jealous!
