Oh glorious wedding at Grand Tradition Arbor Terrace!!!

Wow how I loved THIS venue!!! The Grand Tradition to me has always meant traditional, gazebo, white swan, riding in on a white horse type of wedding. Carrie invited me along on this wedding of Mike and Heidi and I have to admit I’m not one for the traditional photography….nope not at all….I’ll do it, but I’ll be pouting inside. Oh was I in for a surprise!!!! Turns out, the Grand Tradition had a little something for everyone! Who knew there was a tropical oasis in the middle of the desert in Fallbrook, Ca?? It looked and felt like Discovery Cove (where I used to work), just without the dolphins.

It was beautifully landscaped with waterfalls and everything!!!!

Can’t you just SEE the happiness here between Heidi and her father…just about to walk down the isle?

I couldn’t decide which one of these little ones would win the “cuteness award”

Not only was the venue gorgeous but so was the LIGHT!

Darlington House wedding in La Jolla, CA

Oh how I LOVE LOVE LOVE Darlington House!!!!! Erin and Dru got married at my favorite place to photograph. Can you tell how happy that makes me??? There are SO many great pictures that I couldn’t decide. So you get to see a bunch!

Here is the beautiful bride, Erin. She just looked so radiant the entire day!!!

The Darlington House has this amazing bathroom….yes I said bathroom….that has black and white wallpaper so we moseyed on in there for a portrait or two

Dru, the groom, happens to dabble in wedding photography also. So, its no wonder I got a great ring shot…he knew JUST what to do! Thanks for having my back Dru!

The wedding cake at the Darlington House was simple but yet so elegant. Erin has great taste.

This is Erin’s father waiting for his turn. I have to say it was a sweet first dance. You could really see how much these two love each other.

She’s so happy there’s a twinkle in her eyes

Admiral Kidd Club wedding

Carrie McCluskey invited me along to shoot the wedding of Heather and Rob at Admiral Kidd Club. These two are quite the jet setters and have traveled ALL over the world. Oh, the stories they must have!!! I, unfortunately, only got to spend one day with them. I would love to hear all about this amazing world we live in.
I really NEED to travel more…life is short AND THERE”S SO MUCH TO SEE!!!!
